Penn Chinese Theater (PCT)'s fall production, "Madam Chin's Last Night" brings us back to 1940s Shanghai to the notorious and glamorous dance halls where the chance of true romance was rare. We will dance and weep with Madam Chin as she embarks on a difficult journey through Old Shanghai's most turbulent and heartbreaking years.
